• Build API’s and conduct data migrations, create utilities and code
• Implement systems and test applications in an API in-house testing environment
• Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need
• Troubleshoot system bugs and issues in API or specific areas
• Create and develop a comprehensive library of tools
• Report issues and concerns immediately to the VP of Engineering Services
• Work with the Project Management team to report project status working within established timeliness
• Consistently coordinate with PDM team to report project status, and collaborate on problem solving
• Work with the Customer Service and Business Development teams to support post-sales efforts

• Abiltiy to work in the Germantown, WI office is required
• Experience with software such as C#, SQL, or VB.NET
• Excellent understanding of computer networking and hardware requirement
• Eager to learn and share new information
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to focus on multiple projects and troubleshoot problems quickly
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to engage with customers and the team
• 2 year associates degree in computer programming or related field
