This entry-level role will allow you to develop and hone your sales skills by engaging with clients to target engineering solutions! In this position, you will focus on interacting with new customers by crafting dynamic conversations - locating the customer base will already be completed so your goal is to make the initial connection - as well as existing customers to generate interest in further discussions with our sales team! This truly is a unique role to be hands on, develop a solid foundation in sales and define your career in a high tech environment with ample growth opportunities!

This role will require being in the Germantown, WI office. 

Responsibilities

  • Grow customer base by calling and prospecting clients
  • Generate further interest for existing clients
  • Conduct business development presentations (via phone, email, video, social media connections, and more!)
  • Document all customer interactions that will be passed to BDM and EBDM

 

Qualifications

  • Passion to learn new technologies, products and services!
  • Understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Strong phone/communication and organizational skills
  • 1+ year selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • Previous knowledge of 3D technologies: CAD software (SOLIDWORKS) and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) familiarity is ideal but can be trained 
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) experience and/or knowledge is helpful
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is, of course, required
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system preferred
